Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and target industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns including email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Create and execute data-driven lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build, maintain, and manage prospective databases with accurate information and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles (ICP) and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics (open rates, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure all interactions are logged and updated regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 25 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT, SaaS, consulting, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, data sourcing, and prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar).
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
  • Response and follow-up efficiency.
