Presales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and other industry platforms.
  
• Research blockchain, Web3, fintech, and SaaS companies to identify potential clients.
  
• Build and maintain a daily pipeline of qualified leads.
  
• Extract, validate, and organize relevant client data for targeting.
  

Presales & Qualification

• Conduct first-level conversations to understand client needs, budgets, and timelines.
  
• Qualify inbound leads generated through website, SEO, and social media.
  
• Schedule discovery calls for the sales/founder team.
  
• Maintain weekly and monthly lead metrics and performance reports.
  

Proposal & Documentation Support

• Work with the technical team to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  
• Create and maintain a structured database of proposals, documentation, and communication templates.
