Presales Executive

Role Overview

The Presales Executive will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, qualifying leads, understanding their requirements, and coordinating meetings for the design consultation team. This role is creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referral sources.
  
• Clearly explain Homzinterios services, offerings, and design process to potential customers.
  
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and project feasibility.
  
• Schedule appointments, site visits, and design consultations for the sales/design team.
  
• Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
  
• Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects to enhance customer experience.
  
• Coordinate internally with sales, design, and operations teams whenever required.
  

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years experience in same telecalling
  
• Strong verbal communication skills in

  English as compulsory
