Velvosoft is looking for a smart and driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base in the blockchain and Web3 space. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and turning opportunities into signed projects. This is not just a sales role; it's about understanding client needs, aligning them with our solutions, and helping them succeed in the world of decentralized technology. Responsibilities Generate leads and connect with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and networking. Present Velvosoft's blockchain and Web3 development services to potential clients. Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal tech teams. Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals. Maintain a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools. Meet monthly targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or blockchain services. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM software. Ability to learn fast and stay updated on Web3 DeFi and blockchain trends.
