Some exposure to IT recruitment is welcome but not mandatory. Location: Saltlake, Sector I, Kolkata CTC: 10,000 - 15,000 per month + best-in-class target-based incentives + target based salary revision every 6* months Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , Apna, etc. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Meet and exceed assigned recruitment targets and deadlines. Leverage social/professional networks to engage potential candidates. Ideal Candidate should be: Graduate/ PG in any discipline Excellent in communication in English, Hindi and Bangla Excellent in people skills. Strong in networking ability and have a go-getter attitude. Organized, target-driven, and comfortable interacting with new people regularly.
