Role & responsibilities The Sales Manager will drive business growth for our Electric Vehicle product range by developing institutional buyers, government agencies, and dealer channel partners. The role includes building a dealer/distributor network, executing sales strategies, and handling government liasioning, relationships for tenders. 1. B2B & Institutional Sales Identify institutional, and fleet buyers for EV 2W/3W products. Drive negotiations, proposal submissions, and closure of large-volume orders. Build relationships with logistics firms, last-mile delivery companies, leasing companies, and corporate procurement heads. 2. Government Liaisoning & Tender Management Interact regularly with government bodies (Transport Department, Municipal Corporations, PSU undertakings, Urban Development departments etc.). Act as the company representative in government meetings. 3. Channel & Network Development Identify, onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Evaluate dealer viability and business potential. Drive dealer activation, sales targets, and performance monitoring. Ensure channel partners meet the companys brand, sales, and service standards. Visit markets regularly to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities. 5. Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, govt officials, and channel partners.
