Customer Sales Specialist

We are looking for a confident and pleasant female executive to join our team for dealer network development of our electric two and three wheelers.

The role involves engaging with potential business associates, dealers, small business owners over phone and video calls, explaining our products and dealership opportunities, and helping convert leads into appointments.

Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and sales confidence. Prior experience in tele-calling / channel sales/ Marketing will be preferred.

• • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage positively with small business owners, traders, and potential dealers.
• • Comfortable handling phone and video calls with professionalism and warmth.
• • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills to convert interest into dealer appointments.
• • Creative mindset with flair for social media and basic marketing content creation (posts, captions, visuals).
• • Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business for dealer engagement and promotions.
• • Smart, well-spoken, and organized and able to coordinate with the field sales team.
• • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline; experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or marketing will be an advantage.
