This role contributes to the development of marketing campaigns, targeted programs, internal and external communications, partner marketing, sales content and/or pipeline development activities. Collaborate with the sales team and create tailored marketing plans for each account. Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, content marketing, events, and digital advertising. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts. Develop personalized content and messaging to address the unique needs and pain points of each identified account. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Coordinate with internal teams, including CoE AMB marketing team, content marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. Manage budgets and track ROI for all ABM campaigns. Qualifications: Masters in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns. Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
