Key Responsibilities


1. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the overall e-commerce growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive online sales performance through the company website, marketplaces, and digital platforms.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and platforms for online expansion.


2. Online Store & Marketplace Management

Manage end-to-end operations of the brand’s website, marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, TataCliq, etc.), and third-party portals.

Oversee product cataloging, listings, pricing, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and optimization.

Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure timely launches and assortment planning.


3. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Work closely with the marketing team/agency on SEO, SEM, social media ads, influencer marketing, and content strategy.

Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.

Enhance customer journey & retention through loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, and personalized experiences.


4. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Track, analyze, and report sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

Use data-driven insights to improve UI/UX, customer engagement, and conversion.

Develop dashboards/KPIs for management review.


5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, supply chain, retail, and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment & inventory management.

Liaise with tech partners to improve website performance, payment systems, and backend processes.


6. Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives, catalog managers, and digital specialists.

Drive accountability, innovation, and performance within the team.


Key Requirements


  1. Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in managing e-commerce for jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  2. Strong understanding of jewelry-specific online sales dynamics—product attributes, consumer buying behavior, and visual merchandising.
  3. Hands-on experience in marketplaces, D2C platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), and digital marketing.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, paid ads, and CRM tools.
  5. Ability to manage P&L for the e-commerce division and deliver on revenue targets.
  6. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  7. Passion for jewelry, luxury retail, and digital-first business models.
