Job description Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Paid Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other performance platforms. Manage remarketing, prospecting, and lookalike campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, ROI). Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Conversion Optimization Monitor website/app performance, improve landing pages, and optimize customer journeys to maximize conversions. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies. Budget & Strategy Develop and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently. Forecast performance outcomes and align with business objectives.
