Job Purpose: To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and other Marketplaces by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Account Management & Strategy Own the business performance for Marketplaces – revenue, margin, and market share. Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze sales trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion. Create business plans with category teams to drive visibility and sales. 2. Listing, Cataloging & Merchandising Ensure timely and accurate listing of products with high-quality content and images. Manage inventory, pricing updates, and in-stock rates through coordination with internal teams. Work with design and content teams to improve PDPs, A+ content, and brand pages. 3. Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute campaigns during sale events (GIF, Big Billion Days, EORS, etc.) in coordination with platform teams. Collaborate with internal marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and visibility drives. 4. Operations & Supply Chain Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishment. Monitor SLA adherence – returns, cancellations, delivery time, and fill rate. Address operational issues with category managers and platform partners. 5. Reporting & Analytics Track daily/weekly sales, marketing spends, and ROI metrics. Present performance dashboards and insights to management. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify improvement areas. Recon and payments follow up with PUC. 6.
