 Position: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Marketing:

○ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote lab-grown diamond jewelry and achieve sales objectives.

○ Define marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); track campaign performance and deliver regular ROI reports.


● Campaign Management:

○ Lead marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and promotional events.

○ Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to align marketing efforts with the overall brand vision and positioning.


● Market Insights & Budget Management:

○ Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, using insights to identify growth opportunities.

○ Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve objectives.


● Content Creation & Partnerships:

○ Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful content across channels to connect with the target audience.

○ Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand reach and effectiveness.


● Innovation & Collaboration:

○ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and platforms to keep the brand innovative and competitive.

○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing execution.


Required Skills & Experience:

● Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

● Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights.

● Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a team effectively.

● Creativity combined with strategic thinking to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.

● Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems is an advantage.
