Key Responsibilities 1. Post-Sales Support Act as the primary point of contact for customers from booking to handover. Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to all client queries to ensure a seamless experience. 2. Documentation Management Coordinate preparation, verification, and execution of all post-sales documents, including Allotment Letters, Agreements for Sale, Registration documents, and related paperwork. Liaise with legal and sales teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. 3. Payment Tracking & Coordination Follow up with customers for milestone-based payments and ensure payment schedules are adhered to. Coordinate with the finance team for receipt issuance, reconciliation, and escalation of delays. 4. CRM System & Data Management Maintain updated and accurate customer records in the CRM system. Track follow-ups, reminders, communication logs, and project-wise client status. 5. Handover & Possession Coordination Assist in unit readiness checks, snag identification and rectification follow-up. Coordinate with project, engineering, and facility management teams for smooth handovers. Ensure all possession documents and kits are ready and delivered professionally. 6.
