1. Champion the Project

• Develop a strong understanding of the Commercial portfolio.
  
• Present project features in a clear, engaging, and benefit-driven manner to investors, tenants, and corporate clients.
  

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison for IPCs, corporates, HNIs, and investors.
  
• Conduct polished presentations, guided site tours, and virtual walkthroughs to highlight project value.
  
• Maintain high standards of grooming and brand representation at all times.
  

3. Market Positioning & Representation

• Communicate brand messaging aligned with global Trump standardsluxury, exclusivity, and premium customer experience.
  
• Represent the brand at events, forums, and corporate meetings.
  
• Ensure all communication and interactions align with the Trump global brand ethos.
  

4. Feedback & Insights

• Gather market feedback from clients and channel partners.
  
• Share insights to enhance customer experience, project communication, and overall positioning.
  

5. Communication & Content Support

• Deliver clear, confident communication to senior corporate leaders and HNIs.
  
• Support creation of high-quality marketing materialspresentations, brochures, and digital content.
  
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship-building with key clients.
