About the Role

Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial real estate projects.
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
Manage media planning and buying across digital and offline channels.
Drive sales enablement through targeted marketing activities, collateral development, and engagement programs.
Oversee branding, content strategy, events, and PR initiatives to enhance market presence.
Utilize analytics and CRM insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Collaborate closely with sales, design, and external agency partners for seamless execution.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and performance tracking across all marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory experience in commercial real estate marketing.
10+ years of total marketing experience

4+ years in a leadership or managerial role

Proven expertise in
campaign execution, media planning, and sales engagement
strategies.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics
