Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead with 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the AI, SaaS, or technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.
  • Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and user experience to enhance organic traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, email marketing, social media, and video campaigns.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and generate reports to measure ROI and drive data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI-driven tools, and emerging industry best practices.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing training and guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel digital campaigns and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Required Skills

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and marketing automation software.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital transformation trends.
  • Ability to develop marketing automation workflows and personalized customer journeys
