Role Overview
Eduport Academy Private Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Offline Marketing Head - Schools & B2B to lead and scale all offline marketing initiatives across Kerala. This is a senior leadership role focused exclusively on offline channels, including school partnerships, institutional tie-ups, B2B outreach, events, and field marketing operations.
The role carries full ownership of offline marketing strategy, execution governance, and team leadership, with final decision-making authority for offline campaigns and initiatives. The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on all offline marketing, school, and institutional engagement matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the
state-level offline marketing strategy
aligned with organizational growth objectives. - Develop structured plans for school outreach, institutional partnerships, B2B collaborations, and on-ground activations.
- Identify new offline growth channels and partnership opportunities across Kerala.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights and field intelligence.
2. Team Leadership & Governance (Offline Only)
- Lead and manage the
offline marketing and field marketing teams
, including school outreach and B2B executives. - Set clear goals, KPIs, and execution standards for the offline marketing function.
- Review team performance, ensure discipline in execution, and drive accountability.
- Participate in
final-round interviews
for offline marketing roles when required.
3. Schools, Institutions & B2B Partnerships
- Drive
school partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and academic collaborations
across Kerala. - Oversee relationship management with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and institutional stakeholders.
- Support strategic alliances that enhance student outreach, admissions support, and brand credibility.
- Coordinate with internal academic and admissions teams for effective partner engagement.
4. Offline Campaigns, Events & Activations
- Take
final approval and ownership
of all offline campaigns, events, seminars, orientations, and on-ground activations. - Ensure effective execution of campaigns at schools, campuses, events, and public forums.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness based on lead quality, reach, and admissions support.
5. Lead Generation & Admissions Support (Offline)
- Drive consistent and high-quality
offline lead generation
through school outreach, B2B partnerships, and events. - Work closely with admissions and sales teams to improve lead-to-admission conversion outcomes.
- Track offline lead performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- While not directly accountable for revenue, remain aligned with admissions and growth objectives.
6. Brand Presence & Market Visibility
- Strengthen Eduport s
offline brand presence
across Kerala. - Ensure consistent brand messaging, visibility standards, and quality across all offline touchpoints.
- Oversee creation and deployment of offline marketing collateral in coordination with relevant teams.
7. Stakeholder & Leadership Communication
- Act as the
single point of contact
for leadership on all offline marketing, schools, and B2B initiatives. - Present offline marketing plans, performance updates, and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure structured reporting and data-backed decision-making.

Candidate Profile Experience
- Minimum
5+ years of experience in offline marketing
within the education sector
. - Prior experience handling
school outreach, institutional tie-ups, or B2B education marketing
. - Proven experience in a
managerial or leadership role
