Key Responsibilities: · Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the interior design market. · Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. · Meeting Line up : Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client proposals, and closing deals. · Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. · Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. · Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry. · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of interior design principles, trends, and client requirements. · Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
