Role & responsibilities This position involves extensive travel across the assigned region to ensure consistent training delivery, performance evaluation, and implementation of learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Delivery & Execution Implement training programs for store teams, BAs, and new hires across the region.
