Job Descriptions: Resident Medical Officer Reporting To: Medical Superintendent Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities of a Resident Medical Officer majorly includes a RMO is responsible for ensuring that each patient gets the best medical care in the hospital. The key roles and responsibilities of an RMO include: Supervising patients visiting the hospital to seek treatment as in-patients and out-patients and ensuring a hassle-free medical care. Responding to emergencies and assisting consultants in providing life support. Performing medical examinations and diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
