o A seasoned Sales professional, with at least 6-8 years of experience
o Must have extensive professional experience working in the Pune real estate market for residential or commercial projects
o Achieving extraordinary sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
o Responsibly associating with reliable Channel Partners (CPs), resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
o Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities
o Ensuring generation of leads through calls, references, follow-ups etc
o Promptly responding to sales enquires to maximize sales conversions
o Coordinating with other functions viz. Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries
o Excellent capabilities for sales presentations and closure
o Relationship management with CPs
o Generating references from various potential sources to achieve the target as per company policies
o Coordinating and managing project launches through interfacing with multiple internal departments
o Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures
o Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms
o Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Negotiation Skills
o Strong business sense and industry expertise
