About Us:

We are a third-party Ecommerce service provider helping brands and businesses manage and grow their online presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and others. We manage multiple brands from different categories and help them scale through effective marketing, operations, and account optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow multiple client Ecommerce accounts across various categories.
• Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
• Handle listings, cataloging, keyword optimization, and promotions.
• Monitor account health, performance reports, and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle client escalations and provide timely updates and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest Ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in managing multiple Ecommerce accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Knowledge of ad campaigns, keyword optimization, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Ecommerce dashboards.

Preferred:

• Experience with Ecommerce service agencies or account management firms.
• Understanding of different product categories (FMCG, Fashion, Grocery, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
