E-commerce Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, improving conversion rates, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience across our website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento
  • Handle product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and order management
  • Ensure smooth website functionality, checkout flow, and payment gateway performance

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions
  • Improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and repeat purchases
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze key KPIs including sales, traffic, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and e-commerce dashboards to derive insights
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketing, design, content, and tech teams
  • Coordinate with logistics, vendors, and customer support teams
  • Ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment across all channels

Marketplace Management (If Applicable)

  • Manage accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
  • Optimize product rankings, pricing strategies, and promotions

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
2. 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales management3. Hands-on experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / Marketplaces
4. Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and customer journey5.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills6. Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics)
Understanding of UI/UX optimizationExperience with CRM, inventory tools, or OMSPrior experience in agency or multi-brand environments
