Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Kota. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of operational expertise and growth strategy. You will own the end-to-end management of our presence on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and our D2C website, ensuring listings are optimized, ads are profitable, and operations run smoothly from the warehouse to the customer. 


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart & Others)

  • Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and other emerging marketplaces.
  • Listing & Content: Create and improve product listings with a focus on SEO (keywords), high-quality content, A+ Pages (EBC), and Brand Store aesthetics.
  • Performance Marketing: Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns. Monitor and optimize ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and TACoS to maximize visibility and conversions while maintaining profitability.

2. D2C Website Management

  • Oversee the performance of the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website.
  • Focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to improve the customer journey and increase sales.
  • Manage website inventory and ensure a seamless checkout experience.

3. Planning & Strategy

  • Plan weekly sales targets, promotional calendars, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
  • Conduct deep Competition Analysis to identify market gaps and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with top management to align inventory planning with sales projections.

4. Operations & Logistics Coordination

  • Inventory & Returns: Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and manage the returns process efficiently to minimize losses.
  • Fulfilment: Coordinate with the warehouse team and delivery partners to ensure on time product delivery and resolve any dispatch discrepancies.

5. Analytics & Collaboration

  • Track KPIs: rigorously monitor sales, inventory health, return rates, and customer ratings/reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate closely with the Design team for creative assets, the Warehouse team for dispatch, and Marketing teams for external traffic.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce (must have experience with both Marketplaces and D2C website).
  • Location: Must be based in Kota, Rajasthan (On-site role).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. o Proficiency in Listing SEO and Keyword research. o Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to manage budgets, analyze Ad performance (ACoS/TACoS), and derive insights from data.
