Role Overview

We’re looking for an E-commerce Key Accounts Manager to own and scale marketplace performance for a fast-growing baby consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace dynamics, growth levers, and end-to-end account ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Myntra, etc.

• Own GMV, P&L, pricing, margins, and discounting strategy

• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and festive campaigns

• Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure inventory health & fill rates

• Drive visibility, ads, promotions, and platform marketing initiatives

• Act as the main SPOC for marketplace account managers and partners

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce key account / marketplace roles

• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, promotions & growth levers

• Experience managing business numbers, forecasts, and performance reports

• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience with baby care / kids / FMCG / consumer brands

• Strong analytical skills with Excel & performance dashboards
