What You’ll Do: Design packaging and label artworks for new product launches and limited-edition collections. Create marketing collaterals , digital ads, and social media creatives that align with our brand identity. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop visually cohesive brand campaigns. Work on print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for packaging execution. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or packaging design (FMCG / D2C experience is a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (knowledge of 3D mockups is an added bonus). Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory . Ability to understand brand language and adapt across multiple formats. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work is mandatory. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager, located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and optimize the company's online sales platforms, manage product listings and inventory, analyze e-commerce data, and implement effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring website performance, identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and increasing online sales and profitability. Qualifications Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms and drive product sales. Proficient in Marketing strategies, with a proven ability to promote products and boost brand visibility. Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and customer relationship management. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies effectively. Experience with inventory management, website analytics tools, and familiarity with SEO and digital advertising is a plus. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead e-commerce projects successfully. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
