Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale e-commerce operations across platforms such as

  Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and D2C websites

• Plan and execute

  performance marketing campaigns

  , including marketplace ads, SEO/SEM, and paid digital media
• Drive

  sales growth, revenue, and profitability

  across all online channels
• Optimize

  product listings

  (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for improved visibility and conversion
• Monitor and analyse

  sales data, traffic, ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics

  to drive data-backed decisions
• Manage

  promotions, deals, pricing strategies, and inventory planning

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, design) and external partners
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer behaviour
• Prepare regular

  performance reports and insights

  for management review
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines

Experience

• Minimum 2 – 7 years

  of hands-on experience in e-commerce management

  Beauty & Personal Care, Healthcare/Pharma, FMCG, D2C, or Marketplace-led businesses

  preferred

Qualification

• Graduate or above

• Preference for candidates with

  Digital Marketing background or certification
