Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Account Management (Existing Platforms)

Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart

account health, policy compliance, performance metrics

marketplace escalations, issue resolution, and relationship management

2. New Platform Onboarding & Expansion

end-to-end onboarding of brands

Coordinate account setup, documentation, commercial negotiations, catalog readiness, and platform approvals.

liaison between internal teams and marketplace category managers

new marketplace and D2C opportunities

3. Quick Commerce Onboarding & Liaison

introducing brands into quick commerce platforms

onboarding, SKU mapping, pricing, margin structures, and SLA alignment

inventory sync, fulfillment processes, and service-level compliance

4. Product Listing & Content Management

product listings

titles, keywords, bullet points, descriptions

A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC)

Ensure catalog accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

5. Pricing, Inventory & Discount Management

pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies

Monitor stock levels, sales velocity, and SKU performance to prevent stock-outs and over-selling.

6. Order Processing & Operations

8. Performance Marketing, Analytics & Reporting
