Job Title: Quick Commerce Ads Specialist Location: [Remote/On-site specify location] Department: Performance Marketing / E-commerce Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Growth Job Overview: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Quick Commerce Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and Dunzo . You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to increase product visibility, boost conversion rates, and drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit Ads, Instamart Promotions, Zepto Sponsored Listings, etc.) Liaise with platform account managers to leverage ad credits, betas, and promotional opportunities. Monitor campaign performance metrics: CTR, ROAS, CVR, CPM, ACoS, etc. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with content/design teams for creative development (banners, copy, product shots). Regularly A/B test ad formats, creatives, and placements. Allocate budgets effectively across platforms and SKUs based on ROI. Build dashboards and generate performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad features. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with focus on quick commerce or marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Hands-on experience with advertising dashboards on Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, or similar. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other BI tools. Ability to work cross-functionally with category, design, and sales teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience managing ads on other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket). Familiarity with FMCG or D2C brands. Understanding of regional language targeting and hyperlocal promotions. Knowledge of attribution modeling and third-party analytics tools.
