Lead Generation and previous experience in


Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    Develop and execute targeted strategies for generating inbound and outbound leads, leveraging various channels and platforms, like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, EasyLeads, Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Lead Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead information in our system, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up.
  • Client Engagement:

    Proactively initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients through personalized phone calls, emails, and other effective communication methods.
  • Sales Presentations:

    Conduct persuasive sales presentations that highlight Ace Resumes' unique value propositions and how our services can address client needs.
  • Freelance Platform Expertise:

    Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through Upwork and Fiverr by optimizing profiles, crafting compelling proposals, and leveraging platform analytics for lead generation.
  • Follow-up and Nurturing:

    Persistently follow up with leads to build trust, provide valuable insights, and guide them through the sales funnel to conversion.
  • Conversion:

    Utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into paying customers by showcasing the tangible benefits of our services.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum previous experience of 6 months in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in lead generation and client acquisition through freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr is a must.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: 30K plus incentives
