Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services and assist them with their queries. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Explain products and services clearly and effectively. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Resolve customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily and monthly targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Malayalam / Other Languages – customize as needed]. Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is a plus but not mandatory. Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections professionally. Benefits: Fixed monthly salary.
