Job Title: Social Media Intern Location: On-site Company: Thrive Marketings Department: Marketing Duration: 3 Months | 6 Months Stipend: Performance Basis About the Role We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media strategy while working on real-time campaigns and content creation. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels) Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement Collaborate with design and content teams for graphics and multimedia posts Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports Stay updated on social media trends and best practices Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools Creativity and a good eye for visual content Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What You’ll Gain Practical experience in managing real brand social media accounts Exposure to marketing campaigns, brand voice building, and digital trends Certificate of internship and letter of recommendation (based on performance) Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 06/11/2025
