Ecommerce Manager

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart and our website). The role requires strong understanding of digital sales, product listing optimisation, marketplace operations, inventory operations, analytics, promotions, and customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage catalogue strength, accuracy, new product additions, store development and management etc. for Amazon, Flipkart and our website.

2. Managing selling costs, promotions, coupon management and comparative pricing based on competition assessment.

3. Coordinating with design to develop relatable content and imagery.

4. Managing PO's on amazon vendor central/seller central and coordinating deliveries.

5. Expert in PO management, consignment booking, booking delivery schedules and managing supply chains.

6. Accounts reconciliation for all goods being sent to amazon and flipkart.

7. Strong understanding of FBA & FBM processes, including shipment creation, catalog updates, and claims handling.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
