About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven and experienced E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our business on the Flipkart platform. This role is critical in driving platform growth, managing the P&L, and leading strategic initiatives to maximize performance. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics like traffic, conversion rate, buy box %, return rate, etc. Prepare actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports for leadership. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce as a key sales channel (either brand-side or at a seller account). Deep understanding of Flipkarts or Amazon's ecosystem, policies, ads dashboard, and seller tools. Proven track record of scaling sales and owning profitability.
