FPA Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling e-commerce portals, managing product listings, coordinating with vendors, and improving online visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.).
• Create, update, and optimize product listings and descriptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams.
• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and online reviews.
• Execute promotional campaigns, offers, and digital marketing activities.
• Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.

• Qualification: HSC or Graduate (in any discipline).
