Job Description

Job Title: Manager Global Business (Amazon Marketplaces)

  • Manage Amazon marketplaces across

    US, UK, UAE, Singapore

    , and other global regions
  • Oversee daily operations including

    FBA, inventory, catalogue, listings, ads

  • Ensure compliance with

    food category

    rules and market-specific guidelines

2. Listing & Content Optimization

  • Create and optimize listings, keywords, A+ content, Brand Store
  • Improve keyword ranking, listing health, and product visibility
  • Ensure high-quality product pages aligned with brand guidelines

3. Advertising & Analytics

  • Manage campaigns through

    Amazon Ads Console

  • Track performance metrics:
    • Monthly sales growth
    • ACoS/TACoS
    • Listing quality score
    • New-to-brand customer acquisition
    • Review rating (Target: 4.5+)
  • Build reports, dashboards, and business insights

4. Marketplace Onboarding & Expansion

  • Lead onboarding for new Amazon regions
  • Manage account setup, verification, tax requirements, documentation
  • Oversee product onboarding: GTIN/UPC, category approvals, gated applications
  • Coordinate with internal teams for certifications and compliance
  • Establish region-specific pricing, packaging, and logistics workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience managing

    Amazon global marketplaces

  • Experience handling

    FMCG/D2C brands

    , preferably in premium categories
  • Understanding of cross-border logistics and FBA prep requirements
  • Familiarity with temperature-controlled items and regulated food categories
  • Strong command of

    Excel/Sheets

    and analytics tools
