E Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Own and deliver monthly and annual e-commerce sales targets.
• Monitor performance across sales channels (website, marketplaces, social commerce) and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and bundling opportunities.
• Work with analytics teams to track KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.

2. Product Portfolio & Merchandising

• Ensure continuous expansion and optimization of the online product assortment.
• Collaborate with merchandising and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely new launches.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing.

3. Marketing & Traffic Generation

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute performance campaigns across digital channels.
• Ensure alignment between product launches, marketing calendars, and promotional events.
• Monitor traffic sources, campaign ROI, and recommend adjustments to maximize returns.

4. Operations & Fulfilment

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth order processing, packaging, and timely delivery.
• Oversee stock allocation for online orders to reduce order cancellations due to stock-outs.
• Implement process improvements to reduce delays and errors.

5. Customer Experience & Service

• Monitor and minimize customer complaints by ensuring quick resolution through the customer service team.
• Analyze feedback to identify recurring issues and drive systemic fixes.
• Ensure consistent, premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with IT/tech teams for website enhancements and bug fixes.
• Partner with finance for sales reporting, reconciliations, and payment gateway settlements.
• Align with retail teams for omnichannel initiatives and inventory sharing.
