E-commerce Marketing Manager pune 4 - 7 years INR 10.0 - 16.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Manager to own and lead our brands end-to-end marketing journey on leading marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, content management, campaign execution, ACOS/TACOS optimization, and agency management while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. This role requires strong analytical skills, daily operational rigour, and a deep understanding of performance-driven e-commerce marketing. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Campaigns Manage and oversee advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, display, video, brand store promotions) on Amazon & Flipkart. Plan daily, weekly and monthly budgets for performance marketing Ensuring right mix of campaigns around branded and generic keywords, picking right property from Sponsored brand, sponsored product, sponsored display Work closely with external agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, ensuring optimal ACOS and TACOS . Design seasonal and tactical promotional campaigns aligned with sales objectives. Product Listing and Management (Amazon & Flipkart) Own end-to-end product listing and catalog management: titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and availability. Drive creation and optimization of product content, including images, A+ content, enhanced brand content, and storefronts. Monitor and improve product discoverability, ranking, and conversions across categories. Agency & Stakeholder Management Coordination Amazon and Flipkart Ads teams to gain insights on campaigns and new trends Coordinate with external agencies running paid campaigns; ensure delivery against KPIs. Manage internal stakeholders such as procurement and finance teams for timely PO issuance and invoice processing . Partner with sales, category, and supply chain teams to align inventory availability with campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Generate regular dashboards on sales, traffic, conversion, and marketing efficiency. Identify growth opportunities using data insights and marketplace trends. Recommend strategies for scaling brand visibility and market share on platforms. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile :- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketing, marketplace management, or performance marketing , preferably in consumer brands. Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and Flipkart Seller Hub . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Proven ability to optimize ACOS/TACOS while scaling sales. Experience managing external agencies and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Strong ownership, accountability, and willingness to work with daily rigor .
