Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our on-site team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and Walmart. You will be responsible for order processing, product listing creation and optimization, running campaigns, and maintaining smooth account operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces Create, update, and optimize product listings using strong SEO/SMO practices Handle order processing, tracking, and coordination with customer support Monitor and manage advertising campaigns (PPC and promotions) Track and report platform-wise performance to identify areas for improvement Qualifications & Skills Experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Flipkart, etc. Knowledge of product listing optimization, keyword research, SEO, and SMO Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus What We Offer Hands-on experience with top global e-commerce platforms A collaborative work culture and supportive team Skill development opportunities in a fast-growing industry Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
