Role Overview

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces
Create, update, and optimize product listings using strong SEO/SMO practices
Handle order processing, tracking, and coordination with customer support
Monitor and manage advertising campaigns (PPC and promotions)
Track and report platform-wise performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications & Skills

Experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Flipkart, etc.
Knowledge of product listing optimization, keyword research, SEO, and SMO
Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus
