Candidate Experience Ensure a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Act as the point of contact for candidates, managing expectations and addressing queries. Reporting and Metrics Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate drop-off points. Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and hiring status reports for leadership. Employer Branding and Events Support employer branding initiatives through social media, career events, and university hiring. Contribute to recruitment marketing efforts to promote the companys culture and EVP. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-growing or multinational environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
