Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) Working Days: 6 days a week Company: TruKKer Job Summary: TruKKer is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive . The primary responsibility will be to communicate with our network of truck drivers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and provide assistance whenever needed. Key Responsibilities: Make regular outbound calls to truck drivers and vendors to check their status and offer support. Address queries, issues, or concerns raised by drivers/vendors promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and smooth logistics operations. Maintain accurate records of interactions and support provided in internal systems. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution. Follow up on pending support requests and ensure closure within defined timelines. Requirements: 02 years of experience in a customer service or tele-calling role (Logistics or Transport sector experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu is a plus). Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Work Environment: Work From Office (WFO) 6 days working per week Friendly and supportive team culture
