Performance Marketing Manager

Role Objective:

TruKKer is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital growth across paid, organic, and CRM-based channels. This high-impact role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and data-driven decision-making. Youll manage a performance marketing budget exceeding AED 50,000 per month, drive acquisition, improve funnel performance, and unlock scalable growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Campaigns

• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks.
• Continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROI across channels.
  

Budget Ownership

• Own and manage a monthly performance marketing budget of AED 50K+, ensuring efficient spend and strong returns.
  

SEO & ASO

• Drive top-of-funnel visibility through SEO and ASO strategies to increase organic traffic and app downloads.
  

Growth Experiments

• Design and execute 0-to-1 growth experiments to identify new acquisition channels.
• Develop repeatable, scalable growth playbooks.
  

Affiliate & Partnership Marketing

• Launch and manage affiliate marketing programs and digital distribution partnerships.
• Track and report on performance metrics to ensure ROI.
  

CRM & Marketing Automation

• Leverage Zoho CRM to manage campaign workflows, automation, segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with developers to implement CRM enhancements and technical integrations.
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use tools like Power BI and MySQL to analyze marketing data.
• Translate raw data into clear, visual insights and create structured PPT reports for leadership.
  

Tracking & Tag Management

• Expert in Google Tag Manager (GTM)set up custom tracking, manage scripts, and ensure reliable attribution with developers.
  

Business Forecasting

• Build financial models, growth projections, and partnership forecasts aligned with business goals.
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, data, design, and content teams to align strategies and execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing performance marketing budgets of AED 50K+/month with measurable ROI.
• Strong command of CAC, LTV, ROI, channel attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, MySQL, Looker Studio, and GTM for data analysis and campaign tracking.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity for behavior and heatmap analysis.
• Background in market research: surveys, SWOT, audience segmentation, and opportunity evaluation.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and build visually compelling reports and presentations.
• Extensive experience using Zoho CRM for campaign automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Proven success across both paid media (Google, Meta, programmatic) and organic channels (SEO, ASO).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in startups or early-stage growth companies.
• Exposure to full-funnel revenue modelling and forecasting.
• Understanding of MENA and EU markets.
• Familiarity with email lifecycle campaigns and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in fintech, especially in credit, lending, or financial products.
