Performance Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop data-driven strategies to achieve business goals including lead generation, sales, or brand awareness.
• Optimize campaigns continuously for CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective landing pages.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
• trong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with SEO/SEM concepts, tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in using Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
