Role Overview

Performance Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end acquisition strategies, optimizing performance across platforms, managing budgets, and leading a team to deliver measurable business growth.

This role demands strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in paid media, creative direction, and storytelling to drive ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership:

    Design and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve growth targets across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other emerging platforms).
  • Creative Direction & Content Production:

    Drive creative ideation and oversee the development of marketing assets including

    script writing, video concepting, and on-set shooting

    to enhance campaign storytelling and engagement.
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers and executives to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Campaign Management:

    Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across SEM, display, social media, and remarketing platforms.
  • Budget & ROI Management:

    Own and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and improve conversion metrics.
  • Data & Analytics:

    Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools to track KPIs, ensure accurate attribution, and generate actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation:

    Lead creative and audience testing to continuously improve CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance.
  • Marketing Funnel Optimization:

    Drive users through the entire funnel awareness, engagement, and conversion through data-led campaign strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with creative, product, and communication teams to align digital strategies with brand goals and messaging consistency.
  • Reporting & Insights:

    Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with key learnings, forecasting, and recommendations for future planning.
  • Innovation:

    Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, evaluate new platforms/tools, and adopt best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    58 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Expertise:

    Proven track record in managing large-scale PPC, SEM, and paid social campaigns with strong ROI outcomes.
  • Creative Skills:

    Experience in

    creative direction, script writing, and video production/shooting

    for performance-led campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Advanced understanding of data analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Excel/GSheets.
  • Leadership:

    Strong project and people management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred:

    Experience in EdTech or fast-growing digital consumer businesses.
