As we scale, we’re looking for a data-driven, creative Performance Marketing expert to fuel our growth.
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead Flicka’s digital growth strategy across paid channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance-driven campaigns to maximize ROI, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand visibility.
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and own performance marketing strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliates).
Plan monthly and quarterly growth targets aligned with revenue and CAC goals.
Identify new audience segments and opportunities for channel expansion.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
Run end-to-end paid campaigns: setup, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting.
Optimize for ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and retention metrics.
Manage creative testing across ads (static, video, UGC, reels).
Oversee landing page performance and collaborate with design/website teams for conversion optimization (CRO).
3. Analytics & Insights
Track daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance across channels.
Generate insights on user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and attribution.
Strong command of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer/Adjust).
4. Budget & Vendor Management
Manage, allocate, and optimize monthly budgets across campaigns.
Work with external agencies, influencers, and creative partners to drive performance.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with product, branding, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals.
Provide creative briefs for high-performing performance creatives.
3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in beauty, FMCG, wellness, or D2C brands.
Hands-on experience with Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Remarketing & Affiliate networks.
Strong analytical mindset with mastery of Excel/Sheets and analytics dashboards.
Knowledge of D2C funnels, retention strategies, and LTV-focused growth.
Ability to independently manage budgets and deliver ambitious ROI goals.
Creative thinking with an understanding of what drives clicks & conversions for beauty audiences.
