Marketplace Operation Lead

We’re Hiring: Marketplace Operations Lead at The Good Paws – it’s all good! Responsibilities: - Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth PO deliveries - Track GRNs and follow-ups - Work closely with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Zepto, etc.) for PO confirmations, discrepancies, and order updates - Coordinate with category managers across platforms for listing details, revenue growth, increasing availability across dark stores, designing and implementing promotions - Monitor stock levels across platforms and warehouses to prevent stockouts or overstocking - Identify and implement ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce delays - Handle marketplace order management, returns, dispatches, and issue resolution Here’s who we’re sniffing out: - 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain coordination - Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and tracking skills - Good communication and coordination skills (you’ll be working with external and internal teams daily) - Excel/Google Sheets savvy – you love a good tracker - Familiar with marketplaces like Amazon, Zepto, Swiggy IM, etc. Details: Experience: 0-3 years Location: Mumbai Role Type: Full Time CTC: 3-4.2 LPA To join The Good Paws pack, send us an email with the subject line: “Marketplace operations lead – The Good Paws” Mark at: himanshu@thegoodpaws.co Show more Show less
