Title: Sales Manager – Beauty & Makeup Industry Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager with a passion for the beauty and makeup industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates (Sales & Marketing) who are enthusiastic about brand promotion, customer engagement, and field sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence across India, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell beauty and makeup products to distributors, salons, retailers, and cosmetic stores. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships. Conduct product demos and training sessions for partners and retailers. Travel extensively across India for market visits, client meetings, and promotional events. Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions and branding activities. Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market insights. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Eligibility Criteria: Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing (compulsory).
