Beauty Advisor Training Manager Position Summary: The Beauty Advisor Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the performance and product knowledge of Beauty Advisors across all retail channels. This role ensures that all Beauty Advisors represent the brand with expertise, confidence, and consistency, ultimately driving sales and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development & Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for Beauty Advisors, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and brand values. Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and live presentations. Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new hires and existing staff. Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Assess training effectiveness through regular store visits, mystery shopping, and KPI analysis. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Beauty Advisors and Retail Managers. Identify training gaps and implement targeted action plans to improve performance. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and HR to align training strategies with business objectives. Act as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert on all product lines and launches. Support major events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns with tailored training initiatives. Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and feedback reports. Monitor training budgets and ensure effective resource allocation. Report regularly on training impact, advisor performance, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in beauty retail, training, or education roles, must be in the cosmetics industry. Proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed for store visits and training sessions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms; familiarity with LMS systems is a plus. Show more Show less
