Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
Handle bookings, delivery status updates, and post-delivery feedback
Resolve issues related to shipment delays, truck availability, invoicing, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Dispatch, Accounts) to provide real-time updates Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments Follow up on service-related issues to ensure timely closure
Support key accounts and ensure SLAs are met
